I am available for face to face/Skype consultation by the hour ($95/60 minutes), although it’s best to set up a regular schedule to establish a rapport as well as accountability.  I am also available to speak to groups as a keynote speaker on the topics of weight loss/body image, alcoholism/drug addiction, and co-dependence/relationships.
